as someone who has always struggled to sit still and refrain from using my hands – or stick to one medium for any significant length of time, I've taken to calling myself simply – a maker.

 

while I enjoy exploring the interplay of oils and acrylics, I often sculpt on the canvas and incorporate natural materials into my works to create unique textures and depth.  collaging is also a medium I've recently incorporated into my process.  creating (whether it be on film or a canvas) is my way of expressing my inner world when words fall short; but admittedly I also greatly enjoy the challenges and learning experiences that come with taking on various kinds of commission requests.
